Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Production and logistics arrangements begin immediately to ensure timely delivery. We kindly ask you to carefully review your shopping cart, shipping address, and order details before finalizing your purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

To guarantee that every baby receives a brand new, completely hygienic, and untouched product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, color preferences, or size changes.

Exception: In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof, and we will gladly assist you.

We stand behind the premium craftsmanship and durability of the Ella Bumper Bed. We are proud to offer a 5 Year Warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

What is Covered

This warranty strictly covers factory defects and manufacturing faults (such as defective zippers, structural seams coming apart, or abnormal material failures under normal use). Inside the warranty period, we will repair the issue completely free of charge.

What is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover damages caused by customer misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear (such as punctures, cuts, scratches, chemical stains, or damage caused by improper cleaning, pets, or sharp objects).

How to Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team with your original proof of purchase and a clear video/photo of the defect.
